Digitalisation that fits you – not the other way around.
I look at how your business works today, find the right software and set it up with you step by step. On request as an all-in-one package: consulting, software and the IT around it – network, phone system, backups – at a fixed monthly price over 6 months. After that you keep using everything on your own.

What I help with
Where everyday work gets stuck.
Digitalisation doesn't start with a program – it starts with the question of where your business loses time. These topics come up most often:
Look at & simplify workflowsI write down how you work today and find the spots where things get stuck.
Then I rework the workflows with you – digital or on paper, whichever works in everyday life.
Examples
- From the first call to the invoice: the whole job
- Ordering material & keeping track of stock
- Taking on new customers & answering enquiries
- Approvals in the business – who decides what
Finding the right softwareNot tied to any vendor – I compare by what you actually need.
Which customer database? Which accounting software? Which program for projects? What counts is what your business needs – not what's being advertised right now.
Examples
- Customer database (CRM) – e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce
- Projects & tasks – e.g. Monday, Asana, ClickUp
- Accounting – e.g. lexoffice, sevDesk, DATEV
- Team chat – e.g. Slack, Teams, Mattermost
Digitalisation plan – what comes whenIn writing: what comes first, what waits and what it costs.
A written plan: What do we tackle when? What needs to be finished first? How much money and time are realistic? So you know what happens in the coming months – and what deliberately waits.
Examples
- Quick improvements (0–3 months)
- Medium-sized projects (3–12 months)
- Larger rebuilds over 1–3 years
- Planning cost and time
Rollout & training in the teamI explain the programs using your real tasks, right at the workplace.
New software only helps if your team actually uses it. I guide the rollout and stay reachable for questions.
Examples
- Hands-on introduction at the desk
- Short videos & written guides
- Open office hours for questions
- One person on your team who can explain it afterwards
Connecting programs with each otherWhat is in one program shouldn't have to be typed into the next.
I connect your existing programs – via an interface (API), meaning direct data exchange between two programs, or, if there isn't one, by importing tables.
Examples
- Customer database ↔ accounting
- Website ↔ newsletter
- Inventory ↔ online shop
- Time tracking ↔ payroll
Moving & cleaning up dataOld Excel lists and scattered files moved cleanly into the new system.
Often it's three programs for the same thing. I move your data over and clear out duplicates and errors along the way.
Examples
- Customer data from Excel into the customer database
- Scanning old invoices and making them findable
- Sorting the email archive
- Deletion rules under data protection – what has to go when
My approach
Four steps, one after the other.
Every step has a clear result. And your day-to-day business keeps running in the meantime.
- On-site stocktakeI look at your working day and note where things get stuck.
- Plan & software selectionA plan with a clear order – and the question: buy or build?
- Set up & connectI set everything up, connect it and show your team how it works.
- Support afterwards – if you want itIf you like, I stay available when your business changes.
What each step delivers
01 · On-site stocktake
I look at your workflows as they are today: Where do errors happen? Where is time lost? Where does only one person know how things work? Together with your team I walk through a typical working day – that's how we find the spots where real time can be saved.
Outcomes
- Your current workflows, written down
- The trouble spots, sorted by importance
- Small improvements you can make right away
02 · Plan & software selection
The stocktake becomes a plan: What do we tackle first, what later? Which software fits you? I check off-the-shelf programs and tell you honestly when custom software is worth it – and when it isn't.
Outcomes
- A plan with order and time frame
- Software recommendation with cost estimate
- The decision: buy ready-made or have it built
03 · Set up & connect
I set up the chosen software, build custom programs where nothing off the shelf fits, and connect everything to what you already use. Then I show your team how it works – at their desks, not via a manual.
Outcomes
- Systems that work
- A team that can work with them
- The new workflows, written down
04 · Support afterwards – if you want it
Digitalisation isn't a one-off project. On request I stay reachable after the term ends and keep adapting the systems as your business changes – whether you want that is entirely your decision.
Outcomes
- A regular look at what works and what doesn't
- Adjustments when something changes
- One contact who knows your business

The honest maths
Where the time goes in day-to-day work.
Example: a business with 10 employees, where the owner and one office clerk handle the admin – deliberately calculated conservatively.
| Task per week | today | digital | saved |
|---|---|---|---|
| Writing quotes & invoices | 3 hrs | 1 hr | 2 hrs |
| Transferring timesheets & job data | 2 hrs | 0.5 hrs | 1.5 hrs |
| Searching for information (notes, emails, folders) | 4 hrs | 2 hrs | 2 hrs |
Show all tasks
| Task per week | today | digital | saved |
|---|---|---|---|
| Double data entry (till, bookkeeping, Excel) | 2 hrs | 0.5 hrs | 1.5 hrs |
| Queries, appointment coordination, email ping-pong | 3 hrs | 2 hrs | 1 hr |
| Task per week | today | digital | saved |
|---|---|---|---|
| Total | 14 hrs | 6 hrs | 8 hrs / week |
How I calculated this
What that means for your business in concrete terms is something we'll work out together in our first conversation – using your own figures.
For comparison: according to KfW, Germany's state development bank, around 7% of working time in mid-sized businesses goes on bureaucracy alone – with 10 employees, that's over 100 hours a month. This example is deliberately conservative. An example calculation – every business is different. For you it might be more hours, or fewer.
Packages and prices
What it costs.
I'd rather name prices up front than afterwards. This is the frame – what exactly fits your business, we work out in the first call.
Start
€800
For getting started: one area, one workflow – set up cleanly.
Aufbau
€1,500
For businesses tackling several workflows – including their own custom software.
Komplett
€2,500
For digitalising the whole business – several areas in parallel.
Included in every package:
- Workflow review & a written plan
- Software selection, rollout & training
- Me as your fixed contact
- Custom software included
All packages: 6-month term, after which you keep using your systems on your own – no subscription, no small print.
After that, you're free
After the 6 months the systems belong to you: access credentials, data, everything. You keep using them on your own – no subscription, no lock-in. And if you'd like to keep me on board: gladly, but only if you want to. Website and Google profile can be added to the package on request – we agree the scope in the first call.
I program custom software within the package hours. Extra hours I announce in advance and bill separately – no surprises on the invoice. All prices net plus VAT.
Which approach fits?
Quick Audit (1 day) · Price on requestOne day on site – afterwards you know where I would start.
A good fit if: You can tell something isn't running smoothly, but not exactly where. I come by for a day, look at everything and tell you where I would start – without you committing to anything afterwards.
Not ideal if: You already know what you want and just need someone to build it. Or your business has many branching workflows – one day isn't enough for that.
All-in-one package XL – for larger businessesFor several locations or areas – term and monthly price based on effort.
A good fit if: Several locations or departments, many interfaces, more need than the Komplett package covers (€2,500 · 40 hrs): I tailor the XL package to your business – term and fixed monthly price based on the work involved, agreed in the free initial call. Afterwards the same applies as with every package: your systems belong to you, no subscription.
Not ideal if: Your business is small and manageable – then the all-in-one package is enough. Or you only want to introduce a single program – then the Quick Audit is the better way in.
