Which package fits?
A guide, not a restriction:
- Start: one topic per month, for example getting computers and printers under control or introducing a piece of software.
- Aufbau: several things at once, for example switching to new software plus ongoing IT.
- Komplett: ongoing IT plus projects, a good nine hours per week.
For businesses only. On call without a package: €95 per hour. All prices net plus VAT.

If you have a full day of IT work every day, your own position pays off. For 10 to 40 hours a month, usually not.

What businesses ask about the hours.
What happens to hours I don't use?
The hours from all 6 months (60, 120 or 240) can be spread freely over the term. We plan larger jobs together in advance. Whatever is left at the end of the 6 months expires. Exception: if you cannot use hours because I'm on holiday or ill, they don't expire – the term is extended by that time.
What if the hours aren't enough?
Extra hours only arise once all hours of the term are used up. Then the rate of your own package applies: €80, €75 or €62.50 per hour. I announce extra hours in advance.
How do you bill?
Per started 15 minutes. With every monthly invoice you get a record of hours: what I did, how long it took and how many hours are left.
Do you come on site, and what does travel cost?
Within 50 km of Husum as the crow flies, travel costs nothing – neither travel time nor mileage – for example in Heide, Schleswig, Niebüll, Tönning or St. Peter-Ording. Further away, I tell you the travel costs up front. Everything else is done by remote support.
What is not included?
Hardware, licences and third-party services. And because I'm one person, there is no 24/7 emergency service and no availability guarantee.
What happens after 6 months?
The package ends by itself, with no automatic renewal. You book again, use me on call or carry on on your own. Access, data and, with custom software, the source code belong to you.
What if you're on holiday or ill?
I announce holidays in advance. Because you spread the hours freely over the term, we plan the work before or after. If you cannot use hours because I'm on holiday or ill, the term is extended by that time.
